FAQ: Why don't I see coaching scores for some meetings?

Answer

Coaching scores require sufficient advisor-client dialog. They may not appear on very short recordings, self-dictation meetings, or meetings without clear advisor-client interaction.

Common causes

1. Meeting was too short

The AI needs enough conversation content to evaluate coaching behaviors.

2. Meeting type doesn't support coaching

Self-dictation recordings don't generate coaching scores since there's no client interaction.

3. Conversation is still processing

Fix: Wait a few minutes and refresh the page.

4. Try reprocessing

Fix: Open the conversation, click the three-dot menu, and select "Reprocess".
