FAQ: Why can't I connect my calendar?

If you can't connect your Google or Microsoft calendar, the most common cause is that your organization's IT policies are blocking the integration.
Common causes
1. IT admin approval required
Many organizations require approval before connecting third-party apps.
Fix: Contact your IT department and CC support@meetwithfocal.com. Ask them to approve Focal.
2. Wrong account type
Focal requires a Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 business account.
Fix: Sign in with your organization's business account, not a personal account.
3. OAuth popup was blocked
Fix: Allow popups from app.meetwithfocal.com in your browser settings and try again from Settings > Integrations.
