How do I search for a specific conversation?

Answer

Go to Conversations in the left sidebar and use the "Search for any conversation" search bar at the top. You can also filter by advisor using the dropdown.

Steps

  1. Click Conversations in the left sidebar
  2. Type your search term in the "Search for any conversation" bar
  3. Optionally, use the "Select advisor" dropdown to filter by team member
  4. Click on a result to open the conversation

Good to know

  • The Conversations list shows: Title, Advisor(s), Client(s), and When.
  • Use the Shared conversations tab to find conversations shared with you by teammates.
