How do I share a conversation with a colleague?

Answer
Open any conversation and click the Sharing button in the top-right to share it with specific team members or groups.
Steps
- Go to Conversations in the left sidebar
- Click on the conversation you want to share
- Click the Sharing button in the top-right corner of the conversation
- In the sharing modal, select a user or group from the "Select user or group" dropdown
- Click Share
Good to know
- Shared conversations appear in the recipient's "Shared conversations" tab in the Conversations section.
- You can remove access by clicking the X next to a user's name in the sharing modal.
- To automatically share all future conversations, set up auto-sharing rules in Settings > Sharing and access.
