How do I share a conversation with a colleague?

Answer

Open any conversation and click the Sharing button in the top-right to share it with specific team members or groups.

Steps

  1. Go to Conversations in the left sidebar
  2. Click on the conversation you want to share
  3. Click the Sharing button in the top-right corner of the conversation
  4. In the sharing modal, select a user or group from the "Select user or group" dropdown
  5. Click Share

Good to know

  • Shared conversations appear in the recipient's "Shared conversations" tab in the Conversations section.
  • You can remove access by clicking the X next to a user's name in the sharing modal.
  • To automatically share all future conversations, set up auto-sharing rules in Settings > Sharing and access.
