How do I reprocess a conversation?

Answer

Open a conversation, click the three-dot menu in the top-right, and select "Reprocess" to re-run Focal's AI analysis. This regenerates the summary, coaching scores, and extracted data.

Steps

  1. Go to Conversations and open the conversation
  2. Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner
  3. Select "Reprocess"
  4. Wait for Focal to regenerate the AI content

Good to know

  • The transcript itself does not change — only AI-generated content is regenerated.
  • Reprocessing is useful if the initial summary seems incomplete.
