How do I set up auto-sharing?

Answer

Go to Settings > Sharing and access and click "+ Create rule" to set up automatic sharing of your conversations or clients with specific users or groups.

Steps

1. Click Settings in the left sidebar
2. Click Sharing and access
3. Click "+ Create rule"
4. Select what to share (e.g., conversations, clients) and who to share with (a user or group)
5. Save the rule

Good to know

• Auto-sharing applies to future content — conversations or clients created after the rule is set up.
• You can share with individual users or entire groups.
• To remove a rule, click the delete button in the Actions column.
