How do I create email templates?

Go to Settings > AI customization > Email templates and click "Generate new template" to create a follow-up or pre-meeting email template with dynamic variables.

Steps

  1. Click Settings in the left sidebar
  2. Click AI customization
  3. Click the Email templates tab
  4. Under "Follow up email templates" or "Pre-meeting email templates," click "Generate new template"
  5. Name your template and edit the email body in the editor
  6. Insert dynamic variables from the sidebar: {{CLIENTS}}, {{SUMMARY_AND_TASKS}}, {{ADVISOR}}
  7. Click "Save template"

Template types

  • Follow-up email templates — used for emails sent after a meeting, summarizing what was discussed
  • Pre-meeting email templates — used for meeting prep emails sent before an upcoming meeting

Good to know

  • Templates have a 5,000 character limit.
  • Click the Preview tab in the editor to see how your template looks with sample data.
  • Use "Reset changes" to revert your edits.
