How do I change the bot name?

Answer

Go to Settings > Joining meetings and update the Bot Name field. This name appears when Focal's bot joins your video meetings (default: "Focal Assistant").

Steps

  1. Click Settings in the left sidebar
  2. Click Joining meetings
  3. Scroll to Bot Name
  4. Change the name
  5. Click Save

Good to know

  • The bot name is visible to all meeting participants when Focal joins a video call.
