Answer
Internal domains are email domains that Focal considers part of your organization. They are used with the "There's an external guest" auto-join rule — Focal only joins meetings with at least one participant from outside your listed internal domains.
Steps to manage internal domains
- Go to Settings > Joining meetings
- Under Internal Domains, type a domain name and click Save
- To remove a domain, click Delete next to it
Good to know
- Internal domains only matter if you use the "There's an external guest" auto-join rule.
- Add all your organization's domains (e.g.,
meetwithfocal.com,yourfirm.com).
