FAQ: Why isn't CRM push working?

Answer
If you can't push a meeting summary to your CRM, the most common causes are a disconnected integration or expired authorization.
Common causes
1. CRM is not connected
Fix: Go to Settings > Integrations and verify your CRM shows as connected. If not, click Connect and authorize.
2. CRM authorization expired
Fix: Disconnect and reconnect your CRM in Settings > Integrations.
3. Firm-level integration issue
If using a firm-level CRM (Dynamics 365, Zoho, etc.), contact your Admin to check Admin > Firm integrations.
