How do I delete a conversation?

Answer
Open a conversation, click the three-dot menu in the top-right, and select "Delete conversation". This permanently removes the conversation and all associated data.
Steps
- Go to Conversations and open the conversation
- Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner
- Select "Delete conversation" (shown in red)
- Confirm the deletion
Good to know
- Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- If you only want to remove the transcript but keep the summary, use data retention policies instead (Admin > Firm settings).
