How do I fill a PDF or spreadsheet from a conversation?

Answer
Open a conversation and click the arrow next to "Fill PDF document" or "Fill spreadsheet" in the Flows sidebar. Focal uses AI-extracted meeting data to auto-populate your document template.
Steps
- Go to Conversations and open the conversation
- In the right sidebar under Flows, click the arrow next to "Fill PDF document" or "Fill spreadsheet"
- Follow the prompts to select your template and map the data
- The status changes from "Not started" to "Done" when complete

- Fill PDF is useful for compliance forms, client intake documents, and planning worksheets.
- Fill spreadsheet is useful for tracking client financial data in a structured format.
- The data comes from the AI-extracted meeting content (same data visible in the Data tab).
