What are the Admin vs Advisor roles?

Answer
Focal has two user roles: Admin and Advisor. Admins have full access to all settings including user management, billing, and firm integrations. Advisors are standard users who can record meetings and use all core features.
Role comparison
- Admin (yellow badge) — Full access: User management, Plan & billing, Firm settings, Firm integrations, plus all Advisor capabilities
- Advisor (green badge) — Standard access: Record meetings, view conversations, coaching, clients, workflows, personal settings
Good to know
- Roles are assigned when inviting a user and can be changed from Admin > User management.
- At least one Admin is required in every organization.
