What is the difference between user-level and firm-level integrations?

Answer

User-level integrations connect your personal CRM account and only affect your data. Firm-level integrations are configured by an Admin and apply to the entire firm, enabling CRM access for all team members.

User-level integrations

Found in Settings > Integrations. Each user connects their own account.

  • Salesforce
  • Redtail
  • Wealthbox
  • Google Calendar / Microsoft 365

Firm-level integrations

Found in Admin > Firm integrations. Only Admins can configure these.

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Zoho CRM
  • Salesforce (can also be firm-wide)
  • XLR8 (Salesforce skin)
  • Practifi (Salesforce skin)
  • SS&C Black Diamond Elements (Salesforce skin)

Good to know

  • Some CRMs are available at both levels. Check with your admin before connecting your own.
  • Firm-level integrations are configured under Admin > Firm integrations.
