How do I connect Microsoft 365 / Outlook?

Answer

Go to Settings > Integrations and click Connect next to Microsoft to link your Microsoft 365 (Outlook) calendar. Once connected, your meetings appear on the Today page and Focal can auto-join them.

Steps

  1. Click Settings in the left sidebar
  2. Click Integrations
  3. Under Calendar, click Connect next to Microsoft
  4. Follow the Microsoft OAuth prompts to grant Focal access
  5. Your Outlook calendar events will now appear on the Today page

Good to know

  • You need a Microsoft 365 account (Outlook, Teams).
  • Some organizations require IT admin approval. If you see a permissions error, contact your IT department and CC support@meetwithfocal.com.
  • Once connected, Focal can also auto-join Microsoft Teams meetings if a Teams link is in your calendar event.
