How do I add or edit a client?

Answer

To add a client, click "+ Add Client" on the Clients page. To edit an existing client, open their profile and click "Edit profile". You can update their name, email, and phone number.

Steps to edit a client

  1. Go to Clients in the left sidebar
  2. Click on the client you want to edit
  3. Click "Edit profile" in the top-right
  4. Update the fields: First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone
  5. Click Save

Steps to delete a client

  1. Open the client profile and click "Edit profile"
  2. Click "Delete client" at the bottom-left of the modal

Good to know

  • The "+ Add Client" button may be disabled if your clients are managed entirely through a CRM sync.
  • Clients synced from a CRM show a CRM badge next to their name. Edits to CRM-synced clients may be overwritten on the next sync.
  • Required fields are marked with an asterisk: First Name*, Last Name*, Email*.
