How do I add or edit a client?

Answer
To add a client, click "+ Add Client" on the Clients page. To edit an existing client, open their profile and click "Edit profile". You can update their name, email, and phone number.
Steps to edit a client
- Go to Clients in the left sidebar
- Click on the client you want to edit
- Click "Edit profile" in the top-right
- Update the fields: First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone
- Click Save
Steps to delete a client
- Open the client profile and click "Edit profile"
- Click "Delete client" at the bottom-left of the modal
Good to know
- The "+ Add Client" button may be disabled if your clients are managed entirely through a CRM sync.
- Clients synced from a CRM show a CRM badge next to their name. Edits to CRM-synced clients may be overwritten on the next sync.
- Required fields are marked with an asterisk: First Name*, Last Name*, Email*.
